Good morning, this comment is to highly recommend Rick Horowitz, I got in trouble with the law 3 years ago, I had a different lawyer which only took my money, so I hired Rick a year after my case started. Best decision I made, Rick thought the case would take him 6 months or so, but he ended up fighting my case for 2 yrs, and never asked me for more money (my case was in Hanford). Prosecutor wanted me to do prison time from the start. I was almost ready to take the deal.

In my opinion Rick Horowitz did an awesome job as my Lawyer. I was looking at a few years in prison. Rick never give up on me. At times I was giving up on myself, but Rick talked to me and it help me not to give up. Instead of having a trial, Rick got me into Veterans Treatment Court. I would and have recommend Rick to anyone that needs a Lawyer. You can’t go wrong. Thank You so much Rick I can now put this all behind me and live my life with my son.

Mr. Horowitz doesn’t promise you anything he doesn’t want you to get your hopes up…But I Guarantee you will receive the best scenario with a great Attorney like him…Well worth ever cent! Mr Horowitz got my Felony reduced to a Misdemeanor this alone is enough to sing praises…But he did more. He filed a motion to deem that my 3 year probation be over, he then asked the judge to verify it would be a Successful completion of probation. The judge agreed….I am free & I thank Rick Horowitz for a job well done!

My husband was charged with a gun felony which was facing up to prison time. We called and set an appt with Rick (which was a free consultation). He recommended we do a couple things prior to actually considering hiring him. He treated us like we were people and not a number. …. Originally our son was arrested for DUI after allegedly rolling through two stop signs. We hired Mr. Horowitz and began the very long hard process of a trial in Tulare Co.. after numerous court appearances and two or three plea-bargain‘s, a different DA on the case each time.
